Distribution of rows and seats.

It is the world's largest operator of Boeing 777-300 passenger airliners with an extended flight range. The airline's fleet includes 102 such aircraft.

There are only four options for the layout of the aircraft cabin. We will analyze the most common interior plan.

Of course, with so many airliners, the interior layout of one or another board may vary. Therefore, when buying a ticket or registering online on the Emirates website, be sure to check the cabin diagrams and check with the company employees for all the details of the location of a particular row and seat.

You can find out the number of the aircraft that will serve your flight using a special service from the company using the link.

We will consider one of the most popular and frequently encountered options in the vastness of the sky with departure from Russian cities - a three-class cabin with 365 seats. The passenger cabin is equipped with 12 first comfort class seats, 42 business class seats and 310 economy class seats. Each seat has a built-in USB 2.0 input jack, and there's also one 110V power outlet per passenger.

Particular comfort during the flight is ensured by the presence of an individual monitor near each seat, equipped with the ICE entertainment system. If an airplane passenger wants to use the flight time to get some sleep, he can stick a special sticker on the seat, and the attendants will not wake him up.

The range of drinks on board is amazing, and the food is always fresh and tasty. First class passengers have more choice than their business and economy class neighbors. Flight attendants and stewards provide special care and attention to children and the elderly.

Let's take a closer look at which places are comfortable and which are not so much.

First grade

Seats in 1-2 rows occupied by first class passengers. There are comfortable armchairs here that easily transform into a bed, so in these places you can fully relax and unwind. No matter how long the flight is, you will not experience any inconvenience. The menu is very varied, and the service is provided at the highest level, comparable in quality to the work of the staff of five-star hotels.

Business Class

People with tickets for business class seats are seated in 6-11 rows. The chairs are distinguished by a high level of comfort: they recline into a comfortable sleeping place without disturbing the neighbors behind and in front, because the distance between the seats is about one and a half meters.

Near 7th and 8th rows Seats are located in common areas: kitchen and restroom. It is unlikely that you will be able to fully relax here, since people are constantly scurrying past, and the kitchen is open even at night. So, if you expect to sleep, you should avoid these places and choose a quieter corner. In addition, in the seventh row, in the place where the porthole should be, you can only see a bare wall.

In addition, seats 7 (A,K) do not have portholes.

Last 11 row business class is closest to the border with economy, where people tend to be noisier, and a thin partition does not save the situation.

Economy class

Rows 16 to 50 occupy seats for economy class passengers. The distance between the rows is 81 cm, and the seat width is 43 cm.

At the very beginning of this part of the cabin, in row 16, there are places for attaching bassinets for small children. Many babies tolerate the flight well and sleep the entire trip, only waking up briefly to eat. Others are more restless and announce their uncomfortable state with a loud cry. In this case, for passengers located near them, such proximity can cause significant discomfort, so if you are planning to have a good rest, try not to buy tickets in this row.

16 row borders the business class seats, and instead of the seat back of the seatmate in front, you will see a simple partition. The positive aspects include the fact that no one will unfold the chair in front of you, preventing you from placing your feet comfortably. The individual screen and tables for eating are attached to one of the armrests, so it occupies a stationary position. Hand luggage is prohibited from being placed on the floor during landing and takeoff of the plane.

Behind 21 nearby There is a wall behind the seats, so it is not possible to recline the seat back deeply. The restroom area is located nearby, so it may be more crowded and noisy than other parts of the salon.

Passengers 23 rows A similar situation arises. You won’t be able to admire the views from the window, since the windows in row 23 are not provided for by the design of the aircraft. There is still a small window, and it is located on the emergency exit hatch. By the way, it cannot be obscured by things and hand luggage, and passengers with children, animals, people with disabilities and elderly citizens are generally prohibited from being here. The table and individual monitor are mounted on the armrest, making it immovable. The only, but rather big, advantage of these seats is the extensive legroom, since there are no seats in front of row 23.

Near 35 and 36 rows There is another kitchen, the operation of which can cause unnecessary noise and fuss.

37 row is located near the emergency exit, which allows its passengers to comfortably stretch their legs. However, other people often use the free space to take a short walk and stretch their limbs that have become numb during the long flight. Seats A and K are marked in red in the diagram because they are located directly next to the emergency doors, so the seats can be turned slightly, or their width significantly narrowed.

Seats row 38 (D, E, F, G)- good seats: the front is free here, since row 37 does not have seats of this letter combination. Often, passengers with children are seated in such seats to ensure comfort, first of all, for young travelers and their parents.

To the disadvantages of places 45C and 45H One can attribute their slightly unusual position: they protrude slightly relative to the rows following them, as a result of which people passing by and flight attendants with trolleys can more often touch the backs of the seats.

Extreme places 48 rows (A, B, J, K) They are inconvenient because their backs do not recline completely. Another disadvantage is the lack of free legroom, since an in-flight entertainment server is installed under the 47th row seats.

Seat backs 50 rows rest against the wall behind which is the kitchen. The entrance to the restroom is also nearby, which causes passengers to constantly walk past you.

As you can see, there are plenty of comfortable seats in the cabin even in the economy class compartment, not to mention the first and business classes. All that remains is to choose the best ones that suit you in terms of price and quality ratio.

Emirates Airlines was created in 1985 by the government of the Emirate of Dubai in order to develop tourism and infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates. The company is one of the TOP 5 air carriers in the world.

The fleet consists of 269 wide-body aircraft (as of February 2018), with another 168 aircraft on order. The largest number of aircraft in the Emirates fleet are Airbus model A380-800 and Boeing model 777-300ER: 104 and 142 aircraft, respectively. This article will focus specifically on the Emirates Boeing 777-300ER.

general information

This is the latest modification of the Boeing 777 model developed at the moment, which is in great demand among air carriers for the following reasons:

Boeing 777 Emirates: interior diagram

The Emirates Boeing 777-300ER has three cabin configurations: three classes with private cabins, three classes and two classes. The article will focus on the model with three classes as the most used.

The total number of seats is 365. Of these, first class occupies 12, business - 42, and economy - 310. The main and very important advantage of this aircraft for passengers is a 110V socket for charging gadgets and a USB connector in each seat of the cabin, regardless of class ; There are small monitors installed in the backrests on which you can watch any entertainment program, film or series.

Boeing 777 300ER - Emirates cabin layout

Note! You can use a variety of stickers: “Do not disturb”, “Wake up for meals” and others, the instructions on which the flight attendants will follow.

Emirates provides nutritious meals even in economy class, and you can always ask for tea or coffee.

First grade

The first and second rows are reserved for first class seats - comfortable chair-beds. Naturally, this also includes first-class service (although it is no worse in economy), restaurant-quality food, free Wi-Fi, and many other services for VIP passengers, which can be found on the company’s website.

First grade

Business Class

Of the six rows located in this compartment of the aircraft, only half can become truly comfortable for flying: rows 6, 9 and 10. The fact is that rows 7 and 8 are located very close to the toilets and kitchen, so doors will often be opened and closed in front of the passenger, but smells are a separate matter. In addition, if a passenger likes to look at the heavens during the flight, then he will have to give up seats 7A and 7K - they do not have a window.

The 11th row is located close to the thin wall separating business class from economy class, besides, the next row - the 16th - is intended for parents with babies (there are mounts for bassinets), so it will be noisy.

Important! The distance between the business class seats of the Boeing 777-300 ER Emirates is one and a half meters, it certainly won’t be cramped, and, as in first class, the business class seats fold out into beds. Small, but comfortable - you can take a nap.

Business Class

Economy class

Dimensions of seats in economy class: width - 43 centimeters, distance between seats - 81 centimeters. There is not much space, but enough for a comfortable flight.

Bad places for which you should never buy tickets:

  • 37A and 37K are located so close to the emergency hatches that the seats had to be slightly modified: they are crooked, as if beveled, and worse than the others - it’s uncomfortable to sit;
  • under the seats of the 47th row there are entertainment system servers, and therefore 48A, 48B, 48J, 48K are bad options if the passenger wants to spend time comfortably during the flight, because their legs will have to be placed somewhere, and there will be no free space.

Places that may cause some discomfort:

  • the entire 21st row, since the toilets are located behind it, people will be milling around, the smells are also not pleasant;
  • in row 23, the windows are built into the emergency exits, so looking through them is very inconvenient - they are small and you will need to bend over; at the same time, there is plenty of legroom, but you need to remember that in front there is a toilet with all its shortcomings;
  • the middle of row 35 and all of row 36 are located very close to the kitchen: not only the corresponding smell can interfere, but also the flight attendants walking back and forth;
  • seats 37A and 37K have already been mentioned above, but the rest of the seats in this row have exactly the same advantages and disadvantages as row 23;
  • seats 45H and 45C are located slightly differently than all the other outer seats of all rows, and therefore the passenger needs to be prepared for the fact that other passengers will push him, or the flight attendants may hit him with a trolley;
  • Row 50 is adjacent to the kitchen and toilets, and therefore the seat backs recline much less than other chairs - they simply rest against the wall; and, of course, we must not forget about the smells and noise coming from the utility rooms.

Good places to buy tickets for:

  • if a person does not like to look out the window during the flight, then it is better to sit on the 23rd row: there is a lot of space, close to the toilet;
  • the best option, again, if the passenger does not need to look at the clouds, is the middle of the 38th row: there is plenty of legroom, the kitchen is located far enough not to cause discomfort, and you can always walk to the toilet at the tail of the plane.

The rules for choosing places are simple:

  • does not sit near toilets and kitchens, especially if they are right behind;
  • do not sit next to seats with bassinets if there is intolerance to noise and crying of children;
  • do not sit next to emergency exits if you want to look out the window during the flight.

Boeing 777-300ER in other companies

The Boeing 777-300ER is also used by other airlines. For example, Aeroflot has 16 such ships as of April 2018, and 6 more have been ordered. Much smaller than Emirates, and the layout inside is different.

Note! Aeroflot does not have first class. There are 5 rows of business class, 34 rows of economy class, a couple of rows of “increased comfort” and an innovation for Aeroflot - 6 rows of comfort class in a separate cabin.

They differ from economy by an improved menu, greater distance between seats, the presence of reading lights, comfortable armrests and a larger screen than in economy. The chair does not turn into a bed, but it is very easy to customize it - it can slide forward or backward without causing discomfort to people in front and behind.

Aeroflot Boeing 777-300ER cabin layout

Air France, the national French company, has another 43 Boeing 777-300ER models. They have 8 first class seats, as many as 67 in business class and only 250 economy class seats. The layout is not the best, and therefore there are many more places with shortcomings than in the situation with the Boeing 777-300ER from Emirates.

The model from Singapore Airlines is similar to the French modification: also 8 first class seats, but 42 business class seats and 228 economy class seats. That is, only 278 seats versus 365 for Emirates, which means more space for Singapore Airlines.

The main thing to remember is that the Boeing 777-300ER is the flagship aircraft of Emirates Airlines, and they attach special importance to the maintenance of these aircraft. Of all the carriers that fly the 777-300ER, Emirates is a well-deserved first or second passenger in many travel forums.

When choosing a seat on a Boeing 777-300 ER from Emirates, passengers are often interested in the layout of the cabin, its photo and how to choose the best seats.

Emirates is the world's largest operator of the Boeing 777-300 series of extended-range aircraft (the airline has 102 aircraft of this type in its fleet). This review presents the most popular cabin layout (3-class with 365 seats, 12 of which are in first comfort class, 42 in business class and 310 in the economy segment).

First of all, let's take a closer look at the Emirates Boeing 777 300er layout and break down the features of each row to choose the best seats.

First class seats

Particularly privileged audiences are given seats in the first two rows.

The seats for this category of passengers are distinguished by an exceptional level of comfort (for example, it is possible to convert the seats into full-fledged beds). Each seat is designed like a mini-compartment, so you can close yourself off from the view of other passengers. There is a minibar with soft drinks. Meals on board during the flight are prepared by chefs.

Business class seats

Business segment ticket holders are seated in rows 6-11. The distinctive features of these seats are the transformation of the seats into comfortable sleeping places at a sufficient distance from neighboring seats (the distance from seat to seat in the business part of the aircraft is about one and a half meters).

As can be seen in the diagram of the Boeing 777 300er, seats in rows 7-8 are considered the worst in business class due to the proximity of the kitchen block and restroom (passengers and staff scurrying back and forth do not contribute to proper rest, which is why experienced travelers try to take tickets for quieter rows). An additional inconvenience for passengers in the seventh row (seats “A” and “K”) is a bare wall instead of a window.

The final row of business class (11th) is bordered by a partition separating the business cabin from the economy class. A thin wall is often unable to muffle the noise produced by holders of cheaper tickets.

Economy class seats

Seats for economical passengers are located in the most spacious part of the cabin and occupy rows from 16 to 50. The distance between the rows and the width of the seats are 81 and 43 centimeters, respectively.

Photo of the economy class cabin on the Boeing 777 300er at Emirates:

In the first row of this part of the aircraft there are seats with fastenings for bassinets for infants. Most of the youngest passengers sleep almost the entire flight, waking up only to eat. However, their more rowdy “colleagues” often irritate passengers in the next few rows with loud screams. However, the 16th row also has one undeniable advantage - a view of the partition (the absence of seats in front allows you to comfortably place your legs). Among other nuances of this series, it is worth noting the attachment of individual screens and tables to the armrest, as well as the ban on placing hand luggage on the floor during takeoff/landing of the aircraft.

Behind the 21st row there is another partition that prevents the seat back from reclining to a comfortable distance. The proximity of the bathroom makes this part of the cabin one of the noisiest. Passengers in row 23 experience similar inconveniences. For them, the situation is aggravated by the lack of side windows (the window located on the emergency exit hatch does not allow them to fully admire the “heavenly views”). Moreover, it is forbidden to obscure it with any kind of things. Partial compensation for these inconveniences is the fairly wide legroom.

According to the Boeing 777 300er layout, another kitchen is located near rows 35-36 with corresponding inconveniences for passengers seated in these seats.

The next row, row 37, is more comfortable due to the ability to stretch your legs.

Seats D-G, row No. 38, are considered the best and one of the most comfortable in the economy part of the aircraft (they seat passengers with young children).

The disadvantages of seats 45C and 45H are that the seats “bulge out” closer to the aisle, which is why the seat backs often hit the stewards with trolleys scurrying around the cabin.

The “disadvantages” of the seats in the 48th row are the small recline angle of the backrests and overly compressed space in the leg area.

The backs of the seats in the last, 50th row, rest against the wall that separates the cabin from another kitchen module (the discomfort in the form of flight attendants running around with carts quite “strains” the passengers located in these seats).

The rest of the economy class seats on the Boeing 777 300er, devoid of the listed disadvantages, are relatively comfortable for air travel with Emirates.

The Boeing 777-300 is the world's largest twin-engine turbofan passenger airliner, designed for long-haul flights (flight range up to 11,000 km). This model was launched into commercial operation in 1998, the first aircraft was delivered to Cathay Pacific.

Currently, the Boeing 777-300 is included in the air fleets of the main airlines in the world operating long-haul international flights: Emirates, Etihad Airways, American Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Air Canada, Air China, Air France, Aeroflot, Rossiya and others.

The liner can accommodate from 305 to 550 passengers, depending on the cabin layout. Capable of reaching speeds of up to 945 km/h. Dimensions of the aircraft: length - 73.9 meters, wingspan - 60.9 meters.

Modification of the Boeing 777-300ER - with an increased flight range of up to 14,600 km, a larger wingspan - 64.8 meters.

Aeroflot

Aeroflot operates 16 Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. Full list of boards: VP-BGB, VP-BGC, VP-BGD, VP-BGF, VP-BPG, VQ-BQB, VQ-BQC, VQ-BQD, VQ-BQE, VQ-BQF, VQ-BQG, VQ- BUA, VQ-BUB, VQ-BUC, VQ-BQM, VQ-BIL.

The layout of all Aeroflot aircraft of this model is the same. There are 3 classes: business, comfort and economy.

Below is a diagram and details about the best seats on Aeroflot’s Boeing 777-300 in all classes.

Business class Boeing 777-300ER at Aeroflot

The most comfortable business class for long-haul flights is located in rows 1-5. The total number of seats in this class is 30, they are arranged in pairs (the configuration in each row is 2-2-2).

All chairs are spacious, leather upholstered, conveniently adjustable, have several positions and even fold out into a horizontal bed.

Dimensions of each chair:

  • Length - 195 cm,
  • The width of the double block is 144 cm,
  • The distance between the armrests is 52 cm,
  • The space to the seat in front is 150 cm,
  • Passage width - 42 cm.

Other business amenities: large individual monitors with Thales entertainment system, chef's menu, soft and alcoholic drinks throughout the flight.

Separate business class lavatories are located at the front of the cabin.

Comfort class

There are seats in rows 11 - 16, their total number is 48. The arrangement of seats in a row is: 2-4-2.

Characteristics of places:

  • Seat width - 49 cm,
  • The distance between the seats is 96.52 cm,
  • All seats are equipped with a USB port and socket,
  • 10.6" personal monitors with built-in Thales entertainment system.

Economy

In economy class there are rows 17 - 51.

The best seats in the economy class of Aeroflot's Boeing 777-300ER are Space+, their location is A, B, C and H, J, K on rows 24 and 38, that is, a total of 12 passenger seats. The main advantage of these seats is the increased distance between the rows, you can freely stretch your legs. Compared to regular economy class seats, to fly on Space+ you will have to pay 1000-4500 rubles more or take advantage of the airline’s bonus program offers.

Seats at the beginning of economy are also considered successful - on the 17th row, where there is also a little more legroom.

When choosing among regular seats according to the Boeing 777-300 cabin layout, Aeroflot has a general rule:

  • You should take it from the porthole (A, K) if you are going to get up only in case of emergency or want to enjoy the view (but no one guarantees it - it depends on the time of day and the weather), the obvious advantage is that you will not be disturbed by other passengers who need to get up;
  • At the aisle (C, D, G, H) - you can freely get up without waiting for your neighbors in the row, but this comes with a minus: if the passengers nearby turn out to be restless, you will have to get up and let them through;
  • The worst seats are always considered to be the middle ones: there are no personal armrests (you can only hope for passenger ethics), there is no free access to the window and the aisle. The second option for bad places is near the toilets.

Nordwind Airlines (Nordwind, North Wind)

The Nordwind fleet uses an improved Boeing 777-300ER model. The interior layout is three-class.

Business Class

Number of seats - 38.

Nordwind's business class is divided into two parts by a galley area: there are 22 seats in the bow of the plane, and the remaining 16 behind the galley. The best seats in business class are considered to be the first places in each of the two conventional sectors (rows 1 and 8). Layout diagram: 1-2-1. Each seat converts into a full-fledged horizontal bed.

Comfort class

There are 63 seats in the comfort class.

Rows 20 - 27, of which 20 - 23 are premium.

The seat layout in the Boeing 777-300ER in the Nordwind Airlines layout is 2-4-2, for the 20th row - 2-3-2.

Economy

Best seats - 18 seats with increased legroom: rows 45 and 60 - A, B, C, H, J, K; rows 46 and 61 - D, E, G (in addition, in front of these seats there are mounts for bassinets - an advantage for passengers with children).

Other good seats in economy are at the window or at the aisle, closer to the exits and not near the toilet.

Russia

The layout of Rossiya Airlines flights is different - there is only business class and economy class without an intermediate comfort class sector. The carrier practices two options for seat placement, a special one for the EI-GET board.

Seats in Rossiya business class on Boeing 777-300/-300ER:

  • 1st row - Super Space seats, the best on the entire flight, 4 seats;
  • Rows 5 and 6 — 14 seats, classic business class.

Business class on board EI-GET - 21 seats, rows 1-3.

Economy class:

  • from 21 to 61 rows;
  • The best seats in economy (with increased legroom) are Space+, rows 21, 36, 49.

The numbering of economy class rows on board EI-GET is from 4 to 49. The best seats (Space+) are located on rows 4, 7, 22, 36.

Depending on the layout, this aircraft has 11 or 12 toilets.

Emirates

Emirates has operated Boeing 777-300 aircraft since 1999. Currently, the basis of the Emirates fleet is the improved Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, their number is approaching 130 and continues to grow.
