Skyrim is missing the seal of death map. Dragonborn Walkthrough

During your travels across Tamriel, you will repeatedly fall into the hands of treasure maps. The thing is not simple, and you can consider yourself a real lucky person if it is in your inventory. But what to do with her next?

After using the map, a drawing will appear on it, guided by which you will have to find a hidden place.

Not very informative, right? But do not rush to get upset. We carefully look at the name of the map and understand in which location we should search. Agree, this is not enough. Each map depicts a characteristic feature peculiar only to this place. In the example above, this is a lava lake, a lone tree, and a double peak.

After a persistent search, you will find the treasured place.

As you can see, there are definitely similarities. Again we look at the map and hurry to the place marked with a cross. Of course, you will not find a chest there, who will keep it in the open? If you look closely, you will find an earthen mound, here our treasure is buried.

As with collecting resources, you don't need to bring any special tool with you. Approaching the embankment, press the interactive key " E“And here it is, our chest! All of them will not be locked, do not worry, master keys will not be needed. The contents of the chests are generated randomly.

The map will then disappear from your inventory. The number of places where treasures are hidden is strictly fixed. If you get the same card again, you will already know where to run for the treasure.

See you in the game.

Quest sequence

When your character reaches level 36, the Seal of Death book will give you a special task. When you read the book, a new pointer to Haknir's Shoal will appear on your map. Here on the shelf you will meet pirates. Your task is to stay alive, and lay them on the shoulder blades. Ready? Having found the killed captain, we take the treasure map of the Seal of Death.

Now we go to the locations where the treasures are hidden:

Helmet. It is located in the Khankir shallows. This helmet is guarded by pirates.

Boots. Located near Tel Mithrin. Boots protect the creatures of ashes.

Armor. Located near the Earth Stone. The well-known robbers guard the armor.

And finally, gloves. Found next to the Water Stone. Protected by mud crabs and rieklings.

Your hero is fully equipped with the armor found. Then we go to the Gindenhul barrow. You can travel through the stages of this quest.

Let's open the console.

To open the console, click on the button with the tilde sign. This button is located below the Esc button.

Opening the console, you need to enter:

setstage DLC2dunHaknirTreasureQSTmisc, DLC2dunHaknirTreasureQST stage, where instead of "stage" you need to enter the stage number.

Stage numbers are random numbers, but what number, which means, let's figure it out.

Number 29- the stage starts with pirates on the shelf of Haknir. They found treasure, and in it was one of the parts of the stalhrim outfit.
Number 30- the stage begins by looking at the treasure map with your hero. The pirates have already gone to the shelf and found the chest. Hurry up and you in search of the rest of the outfit, defeat all opponents and collect a complete set of armor.

Number 31- the stage starts with looking at an ancient treasure map with your hero. The pirates went to the shelf and already found the chest. This is the armor of the most majestic pirate king.
Number 70– All armor of Haknir is collected. While the hero was searching, one of the chests contained the key to Gildenhul Hill. Maybe the outfit and the key are related?
Number 80– All armor of Haknir is collected. While the hero was searching, one of the chests contained the key to the Gildenhul Mound. The hero went there. The cursed gold of Haknir was kept there. When the hero touched the cursed gold, the curse worked and the doors closed.
Number 90– All armor of Haknir is collected. While the hero was searching, one of the chests contained the key to the Gildenhul Mound. The hero went there. The cursed gold and one of Haknir's swords were kept there. When the hero touched the cursed sword, the curse worked and the doors closed. The ghost of Haknir has appeared and he instantly attacks the hero.
Number 91– All armor of Haknir is collected. While the hero was searching, one of the chests contained the key to Gildenhul Hill.

The hero went there. Cursed jewels were kept there, and one of them was the sword of Haknir. When the hero touched the cursed sword, the curse was fulfilled and the open doors were locked. Suddenly the ghost of Haknir arrived. The hero must fight the ghost and defeat him. And here is the victory. Now all the jewels and the sword belong to your hero.

I hope you are interested in the game and tasks. Win and enjoy the game.

In your travels, you may come across a book called "The Brand of Death" (Deathbrand). After reading it, the Haknir's Shoal marker appears on the map. However, it is not necessary to go to the libraries, you can just go there yourself (see locations). After completing the quest and finding hidden treasures, you will receive a set of armor, specially designed for those who like to hold a weapon in both hands, and a couple of swords.

First chest

On the shallows you will see a camp of robbers, who, of course, will not be happy with your visit. Take the Deathbrand Treasure Map from the leader's body, read the book if you haven't read it yet, and inspect the chest dug up by the bandits. It contains a helmet with the properties: water breathing. +100 Armor when wearing a full set of Deathbrand Armor. Examine the map and go along the route convenient for you for the rest of the armor.

Until you leave there, grab the East Empire Company pendant from one of the tents.

Second chest

Go north from the Earth Stone, which is on the outskirts of Raven Rock, along the coast. (see map). A couple of bandits will soon come across, and not far from their camp there is a chest dug out of the ground, which contains the armor of Haknir, which increases the supply of strength by 15 points for each item from the Deathbrand set equipped.

Third chest

Even further north, a little further than the waterfall, you will find the third chest (see map). It contains Haknir's gloves. If you equip them and dual-wield them, your hits will deal 10% more damage for each Deathbrand item equipped.

Fourth chest

Now it's time to visit Tel Mithryn, go straight to where the river flows into the sea. Next to the bodies of the unlucky treasure seekers is the fourth chest (see map). It contains Haknir's boots, which increase your maximum carry weight by 10 pounds per Deathbrand set item equipped, and the Gyldenhul Barrow Key in addition. Obviously, it was not laid in vain, go to the mound and do not forget to take the ancient Nord pickaxe with you. Recall that it can be obtained during the An Ax to Find quest or bought from Baldor after completing the quest.

Mound Gildenhul

Open the door with the key. In the first - and, apparently, the only - room, there are only a couple of sarcophagi filled with stalhrim. Do not be too lazy to get "enchanted ice", and a passage will open on the left.

Behind the next door is a treasury full of coins, but if you take the cursed gold of Haknir (or any other item), the way back is blocked by a grate.

You have reached the resting place of Haknir himself. Pick up the sword named "Bloodscythe" lying near the skeleton, and the spirit of the legendary pirate will appear, naturally hostile. First, he will approach you with the ghosts of his team, then a couple of assistants mentioned in the book, again a team, and only then he will appear himself to calm down forever. Take another sword, Soulrender, from the captain's body. When paired, the Strangler absorbs 15 magicka on impact and has a chance to dispel magic defense, while the Bloody Scythe absorbs 15 health and has a chance to weaken the enemy's armor.

All items owned by Haknir can be upgraded at the forge.

Old Khajiit sayings:

If you want a boring fight, fight fair.

A busy cat forgets the taste of sugar.

A well-groomed claw never breaks.

A silent blade is more useful than a ringing one.

Sword in one hand, laughter in the other.

Telkely, Ayleid historian:

“That the people of old destroyed much of the Ayleid heritage when they rebelled against their masters in their usual ignorant manner is surely a great loss. Only a few buildings remained that survived the uprisings and were not destroyed or looted later. It is difficult to appreciate all the damage caused by people of history and magical sciences in an attempt to erase all traces of the existence of our brotherly people.

The Ayleids rejected the traditions of the Altmer, which was certainly recklessness and, in the end, hastened their downfall. Perhaps their attempts to instill elven values in humans were a bit rough and clumsy, but it's sad that so few of the Ayleids are left and their advanced magical technology has been lost."

Excerpt from "Leisure in the Sands":

You can get anything in the desert if you have the money and know where to look. Wanderers looking to get a proper taste of Khajiit culture will love Lun's Smirk Tavern. Be prepared to shell out a tidy sum, but know that you will not regret a single coin spent. Never in my travels have I reveled in such luxury, and no one can help you relax better than a Khajiit.

Your attitude will be royal; from fluffy pillows and fluffy sheets to the finest dishes Khajiiti cuisine has to offer, your every whim will be catered for. In the dining room, you will enjoy expertly prepared local dishes and sweet drinks, while you will be entertained by talented musicians and dancers. I assure you that you will not want to leave this place.

Conversation with Manashir-do while walking through the market:

"No no no. Hmmm. No, not fabric - too many frilly threads, it will only get in the way and distract. But it's beautiful. It is much better to rest and eat sweets in this than to fight. Very good embroidery, just wonderful.

Metal? Only if the Khajiit wants to warn the enemy of his presence! Yes, I am an experienced fighter, but I am not kind enough to warn anyone. And how do I move and dodge in this? Everyone knows that it is better to avoid a blow than to receive it, it is better to pounce than to crawl slowly. BUT! What about this? Strong, but flexible, does not press in the joints ... Will it suit me?

Report by Hiranar, Thalmor cultural scholar:

Ruler of Lakaano,

It won't be long before all of Tamriel is under the control of the Dominion, but our efforts should not be limited to mere conquest. No, in order to gain real power, we must unite the provinces and bring the fruits of our high culture to every corner. And this work begins now - with our own allies. If we learn how to communicate our values to them, then we can do a bigger job later on.

The Khajiit, for example, are skilled craftsmen and certainly have some innate respect for the arts, but they should give up their penchant for a leisurely lifestyle. I suggest rebuilding most of their taverns and sugar lodges into more suitable institutions, like Altmeri Dynasty History Schools or Magic Schools. I am sure that if they are deprived of these hotbeds of unrest, they will be able to see the joy in becoming exemplary citizens of the Dominion.

I honor three times
Hiranar

Excerpt from "Alchemical Delusions":

There are a number of alchemical myths surrounding the Senche Tigers in Elsweyr and Valenwood. This is not surprising - a beast with strength and nobility will almost certainly give birth to all sorts of rumors and legends.

Most of the fiction about these animals belongs to the wood elves. They are sure that arrows made from tiger bones have almost magical properties. In the course of my closest acquaintance with these arrows (which I got for a lot of money), I did not discover these properties, although, as you might guess, I did not volunteer to be shot at with them.

Even the Redguards of Hammerfell can't resist the Senche's mystique. They import powders from crushed claws and fangs and make mixtures of them. These mixtures are believed to bring good luck and even prolong life. While it's a fact that claws have modest benefits, it's still worth being careful when purchasing potions from dubious merchants. If something sounds too good to be true, then it probably is!

From the diary of Tullius, the robber:

I never thought that I would be glad that I followed the advice of one of these beastmen, but nevertheless it happened. Leaving Chorrol was the best decision I ever made in my life. The real money is here, near Arentia. I could not even dream of such caravans - they are just bursting with booze and jewelry! I agree, they have more guards, as well as applicants for belongings, but it's worth it. The chief gives me a good share, and I like the ruins where we settled down, even though it’s a little hot here. Much better than hanging around in a damp, smelly cave. I wonder if I can contact Bartal; he was very funny when I told him where I was going - let him laugh now!
